The boys have really been enjoying this summer. We had to upgrade to a bigger pool this year. Tyler and Mason will play for along time in the water and the best part is that they play really nice together. It is a nice time for me to sit and enjoy them. Mason loves it when Tyler will pretend to be a bull and buck him off. I am surprised that we haven't had any tears yet when they do this. I love the pictures when they are in the air before they hit the water. Tyler loves the ones that show him splashing all the water out of the pool.

The edge of the world!

One night for Family home evening we went on the mountain for a cook out. The boys had been wanting to see the radio towers on the edge of the mountain above Orangeville.
Tyler wanted to cook his and Mason's hot dog. He wouldn't let anyone help him. They had so much fun pushing their dump trucks around and just being in the mountains.

I thought that they would fall asleep on the way home for sure since it was so late, but they didn't.

So this winter we did something really fun with Tyler. We taught him how to ski. He loved it and picked up on it so fast.

After that everytime we went to Cokeville we had to go and take him skiing. You can tell that it made him very tired. He crashed on the way back to Grandma's house. He slept on the couch for a couple of hours and never moved. He loved it and it was a really fun thing for us to do with just Tyler.  One time we got to take Mason with us and he just rode on the back ofwhoever would take him. I even carried him down the hill one time.
We have loved spending time skiing together with Tyler and taking Mason when we wants to come.

I think that I said we are now first time home owners and there are some real joys that come with that. All the little surprises that they don't tell you about it. Like the toilet that as a leak and so the batheroom down stairs the ceiling and wall have to be replaced, or the sprinkler system that we pretty much dug up every head to get it fixed and only had the front and back yard flooded once because of broken parts. Well that is as far into the surprises as we have made it but I am almost sure there are more to come. The boys have sure been loving helping Jay with the sprinkler mess. They really loved the floods. It is a good thing they had both just gotten there puddle boots. We are working on fixing the house up. I will post the before and afters when I get this project done that we are working on.

Weird outfits!

Well I don't know if it is this way with all kids or just mine but I am hoping that it is this way with everyones kids. My boys have some of the weirdest things that they put together to wear. Here is an example but it is not the weirdest one they have had, not even close. It is a good thing we don't go out often.

We just celebrated both of the boys birthdays. Mason turned two and wouldn't blow out the candles when every one was there to watch him but when it was just us he wanted to do it over and over. This boy has a mind of his own and won't be told what to do
Tyler turned four and didn't believe us that he was four on his birthday until we had his party and he blew out the candles. After that then he was four. Some of the things that he comes up with.

My Boys!

I thought that the boys all looked so good before we went to church I

had to get a picture of them. The best part is what happens when we get home. I know his Dad loves this.

So these are my to little rascals. They keep us on the go and pretty entertained.

We bought our first home last fall and the boys are just loving it. They sure did enjoy the winter we had since there was snow. I don't know what we would if we never got snow. I think that at least the boys and me would go crazy.
